These terms and conditions govern the sale of racing simulation services by LAPTIME SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been made in full online via Stripe. Payment is secure and PCI DSS compliant. Displayed prices include VAT at 21%.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are refunded in full. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the session give rise to a credit note. No refund is possible for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
LAPTIME does everything possible to keep its simulators running properly. Should a technical fault occur, an alternative will be offered or a refund issued. LAPTIME cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
Under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Namur shall have sole jurisdiction.
